ENB Series is an addon that makes graphics ,that are going to use Pixel and Vertex Shader 3.0.
How to install? Unpack files to X:\Live For Speed folder.
If You want for example turn of motion blur ,open enbseries.ini in notepad ,change from EnableMotionBlur=1 to EnableMotionBlur=0
