I found the steering wheel texture files after so long > < if anyone wants to make a steering wheel texture mod (it wont be easy, itll mostly have to be the same colour :<) then find the following in the dds folder:
leather3.dds
leather3_join.dds
leather3_stitch.dds
copy/paste those on your desktop as backups, and then edit them freely. there isnt that much room on leather3 which is the main part, so you cant really make an actual design, but if possible i hope someone makes one :3
